I am a normal person. I care about politics. I may or may not vote, but I rarely support the incumbent except as the lesser-of-two-evils. I'm a progressive independent. I want our society to make sure there's equal opportunity for every person.
I can't possibly overstate the importance of the political divide. REDS are looting the country for their private gain and anyone who doesn't recognize it is part of the problem. I can work with both GREEN and DENIM people (up to a point) because they believe in personal liberty and progressive ideals.
The BLUE people might be worth working with to protect our civil liberties, but they are totally unreliable. They don't seem to understand that working with the PURPLEs is no different than joining the REDs. If we could convince them to never compromise their ideals the country would be run more fairly. The YELLOW people are ridiculous! They say they respect personal freedom, but they give all their political support to the REDs. And GRAY people are so confused and apathetic they end up supporting the very people who've reduced them to wage-slavery.
Doesn't everybody know that REDs are greedy oligarchs who want to own civilization itself? They try to pass themselves off as having the best interests of the GRAYs in mind while they reduce everyone to abject poverty! They work with PURPLEs and ORANGEs (not that there's much practical difference between them) to turn the country into their wholly-owned subsidiary. Then the REDs try to convince everyone that GREENs are the problem.
How could people like me be the problem? I am standing up for the cooperative ideals of our society and for personal freedom.
