The X Frame is made by combining the ideas from the AQUA to RED and the YELLOW to BLUE spectrums.
In the middle we have the GRAY status quo with all of its virtues and vices. Each corner belongs to a well-defined factions: RED, BLUE, AQUA and YELLOW. The high-stakes political battles between these colors turn the GRAY center into a war-torn no-man's land. Left unchecked, these battles undermine the basis for social cooperation and severely weaken the entire society.
The AQUA corner is home to those who support political systems built on left wing versions of individual autonomy and voluntary association. Political systems like democratic socialism, voluntary/cooperative socialism and anarchist-syndicalism would fall in here. Independent progressives and civil libertarians fit into this area.
The YELLOW corner is home to those who support political systems built on right wing versions of individual autonomy and voluntary association. Political systems like constitutional capitalism, free-market capitalism and anarcho-capitalism would fall in here. Independent conservatives and free-market libertarians fit into this area.
The BLUE corner is home to those who support political systems built on the left wing theories of legitimate government authority. Political systems like regulatory socialism, nationalism socialism and communism would fall in here. The progressive establishment (including the Democratic Party) and authoritarian progressives fit into this area.
The RED corner is home to those who support political systems built on the right wing theories of legitimate government authority. Political systems like managerial capitalism, mercantilism and fundamentalist oligarchy would fall in here. The conservative establishment (including the Republican Party) and authoritarian conservatives fit into this area.
